The Thomas S. Moore brand is an exciting new series of cask-finished bourbons from the renowned Barton 1792 Distillery. Each expression begins with the distillery's signature high-rye mash bill, which is aged for many years in new charred oak casks. After this initial maturation, the bourbon is then refilled into various types of casks for an additional 1 to 3 years, allowing the whiskey to absorb unique characteristics from each cask type. This extended cask finishing process is what sets Thomas S. Moore apart, offering a truly distinctive approach to bourbon-making.
