Where will my engraving appear on the bottle?
We consistently aim to position the engraving on the front of the bottle, but in cases where there isn't adequate space on the front, we may consider engraving it on one of the sides or the back. If you require precise information regarding the engraving placement, please feel free to reach out to us via email at info@bottleengraving.com. Be sure to include the bottle name and your custom message in your email.
How long does it take for the order to be fulfilled?
Custom engraving orders typically require 2-4 business days for processing before they are shipped out. In some instances, additional time may be needed to locate the bottle in one of our partner stores. If you have any inquiries about our processing timeframe, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@bottleengraving.com.
Once the carrier scans the shipping label to initiate the shipping process, you will promptly receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
What is the font and font size of a custom engraving?
You have the choice of eight different font options. The font size will be determined by the available space on the bottle.
Can I engrave a bottle that is not on your website?
Yes! Our inventory is constantly updated. If you don't see the bottle you're searching for, please reach out to us at info@bottleengraving.com to inquire about the availability of a particular bottle.
What can be engraved?
Many of our most popular products can be personalized for your special occasion. When you choose an item for engraving, you'll be guided to input your engraving text within specified line and character limits, which vary based on the selected item.
Please take a moment to carefully review your engraving text before finalizing your order. Once the order is confirmed, the engraving message cannot be modified.
Can I engrave a company logo?
If you wish to have your company logo engraved to create a distinctive gifting experience, kindly reach out to us at info@bottleengraving.com for personalized support. We provide bulk discounts for orders exceeding 10 bottles.
Can I pay extra for expedited shipping of an engraving order?
Yes, you have the option to select expedited shipping during the checkout process. It's important to note that choosing expedited shipping will only accelerate the speed of the delivery, not the processing of your order.
Can I place a bulk corporate order for engraved bottles?

For bulk or corporate orders with engravings, kindly complete the provided spreadsheet and send it to the same email address. Our specialists will subsequently generate an invoice, process your payment, and proceed with your order.
Can I change the shipping address for my engraving order?
You can modify the shipping address for an engraving order as long as the order has not yet been shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, changes to the shipping address cannot be made due to regulations governing the shipment of alcoholic beverages.
In cases where the new address is in a different state than the original address, the availability of the product in question may be impacted. Our Engraving Team will conduct research to ascertain whether the order can be delivered to the new address.
Can I edit my engraving message?
Once you've placed an order for a custom engraving, it's important to note that you won't be able to edit or update the engraving message afterward. However, if you find the original message unsatisfactory, please reach out to us as soon as possible to see if we can halt order processing. If the bottle has not yet undergone engraving, we may be able to modify the engraving text.
If you suspect you may have made an error while inputting your engraving message, we recommend cross-checking the message against the order confirmation email you received after completing your order.
