- Do you offer corporate discounts?
Yes. We provide special pricing for corporate and bulk orders. For personalized assistance, please contact us at info@bottleengraving.com. - When will my order be shipped?
Our standard processing time is 2–4 business days. For corporate orders processing time will be greater. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please note: selecting expedited shipping at checkout speeds up the transit time only, not the processing time. - Can I change the engraving details after placing my order?
Changes to engraving details are not guaranteed once an order is submitted. If you need to make an adjustment, contact us as soon as possible. If the bottle has not yet been engraved, we may be able to update the text. - Can I update the shipping address or shipping speed after placing my order?
We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes; however, due to high order volume and fast-paced processing, modifications to shipping details are not guaranteed once the order is in progress. - Can I engrave a bottle that isn’t listed on your website?
Yes. Our inventory is frequently updated. If you don’t see the bottle you’re looking for, email us at info@bottleengraving.com to check availability. - Can I engrave a logo/artwork and include a message?

We recommend high-resolution vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) in black-and-white format. We can also work with JPEG and PNG files in most cases.
