Legacy of Aging: Within the vast expanse of Heaven Hill Distillery's holdings, which include 1.9 million barrels across six rickhouse sites in central Kentucky, a select few barrels have been aging gracefully, watched over by the distillery's master craftspeople. These barrels represent a special stock, a treasure trove of exceptional whiskeys that have been maturing to perfection.
Previous Releases: The distillery has delved into this special stock on two notable occasions. The first was in 2018, resulting in the premium, extra-aged Heaven Hill 27-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The second time was in 2020, marking the distillery's 85th Anniversary with a special bottling. 2023 Release Details: The latest addition to the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection is a 20-year-old Corn Whiskey. Reflecting the distillery's traditional corn mashbill, it comprises 80% corn, 8% rye, and 12% malted barley. Bottled at 115 proof and without undergoing chill filtering, this whiskey offers a pure and unadulterated tasting experience.
