Del Maguey Tobaziche is a unique and artisanal mezcal crafted by the talented producers Paciano Cruz Nolasco and Marcos Cruz Mendez in San Luis Del Rio, using wild maguey Tobaziche, a rare member of the agave Karwinskii family. This mezcal undergoes natural fermentation in open-air wooden vats, allowing the flavors to develop in a traditional, authentic manner. Known for its earthy, peaty, and smoky character, Del Maguey Tobaziche also boasts a subtle sweetness of citrus fruit that balances its robust smokiness.
