Dos Artes Añejo Ceramic Bottle Tequila, originating from the lowlands of Amatitán, Jalisco, is a premium spirit that exemplifies the mastery and tradition of Mexican tequila craftsmanship. Overseen by Master Distiller Jesús Partida, this tequila is a beautiful marriage of heritage and meticulous distillation techniques, resulting in a drink that is both complex and exquisite in flavor.

The process of creating Dos Artes Añejo begins with the selection of the finest 100% Blue Agave, which is then carefully cooked in autoclaves. This method ensures the agave's natural flavors are fully captured, providing a solid foundation for the tequila's rich profile. The agave juice is extracted using a Roll Mill, a technique that ensures the purest essence of the agave is carried through to the final product.

During fermentation, which is a combination of natural and hybrid processes, the tequila develops its unique character. This step is followed by double distillation in traditional Alambique (Pot Still), a process that further refines the spirit, maintaining its 40% alcohol volume while enhancing its smoothness and depth.

Aged in both American and French Oak barrels, Dos Artes Añejo offers a complex and sophisticated range of aromas and flavors. The nose is greeted with the rich scents of coffee and dark chocolate, complemented by the sweet notes of vanilla and caramel. This aromatic blend is further enriched by the presence of caramelized cherries, pears, and oranges, creating a symphony of scents that entice the senses.

On the palate, Dos Artes Añejo unfolds its layers of flavors, starting with the lusciousness of caramel and the richness of chocolate. This is seamlessly intertwined with the sweetness of maple and the depth of coffee, culminating in an elegant, velvet finish. Subtle hints of English mint add a refreshing counterpoint to the warmth of the other flavors, leaving a lasting impression and a smooth, sophisticated aftertaste.

Bottle Engraving: This feature adds an extra layer of exclusivity and elegance, making each bottle a unique work of art and a cherished collectible. Whether it’s a special message, a name, or a memorable date, the engraved ceramic bottle of Dos Artes Añejo is a perfect way to commemorate special occasions, making it an ideal gift or a prized addition to any tequila collection.
