Dos Artes Plata Ceramic Bottle Tequila is a premium spirit that embodies the artistry of Mexican tequila craftsmanship, sourced from the highlands of Amatitán, Jalisco. Under the expert distillation of León Bañuelos, this tequila highlights the pure essence of 100% Blue Agave, reflecting the skill and tradition that characterize the region's spirit-making heritage. The crafting process begins with the careful selection and cooking of the agave in autoclaves, ensuring a consistent and high-quality flavor foundation. The agave juice is then extracted using a Roll Mill, which preserves the purity and essence of the agave. Notably, a hybrid fermentation technique is employed, enhanced by the soothing effects of classical music, believed to deepen and enrich the flavor profile.
Double distilled in traditional Alambique (Pot Still), Dos Artes Plata is a clear, unaged tequila with a 40% alcohol by volume that showcases the vibrant and fresh flavors of the agave while developing its unique character. On the palate, it offers a delightful array of flavors that begins with delicately cooked agave and unfolds into fresh wild herbs like sage and marjoram, introducing a touch of earthiness.
