Dos Artes Plata Ceramic Bottle Tequila, a premium spirit from the highlands of Amatitán, Jalisco, is a splendid representation of Mexican tequila craftsmanship. The process of crafting Dos Artes Plata begins with the careful selection and cooking of the agave in autoclaves, ensuring a consistent and high-quality flavor base. The agave juice is then extracted using a Roll Mill, a method that guarantees the purity and essence of the agave is retained. Unique to this process is the hybrid fermentation technique, accentuated by the classical music effect, which is believed to enhance the fermentation process, adding depth and complexity to the tequila.
Double distilled in traditional Alambique (Pot Still), Dos Artes Plata is a clear, unaged tequila that stands proud with its 40% alcohol by volume.
