Cincoro Reposado is a meticulously aged tequila, spending 8-10 months in the underground cellar of our distillery, allowing for optimal interaction between the tequila and the wood. The aroma features cooked agave complemented by hints of vanilla, alongside enticing notes of spices and dried fruits. On the palate, the flavor profile reveals a harmonious blend of cooked agave, light vanilla, and baking spices, perfectly balanced with toasted oak.
Cincoro's aged expressions are distinguished by their exceptional smoothness, richness, and overall deliciousness qualities not commonly associated with tequila. Cincoro Reposado starts as Cincoro Blanco and matures in used American whiskey barrels for 8-10 months. This aging and blending process culminates in a rich and complex taste profile that beautifully balances the unique characteristics of the agave with the nuanced flavors imparted by the carefully selected barrels.
