The assemblage is a testament to the diversity and synergy of the three grape varietals: the intensity of Pinot Noir (45 to 55%, including 10% red wine), the fleshiness of Meunier (35 to 45%, including 10% red wine), and the freshness of Chardonnay (5 to 10%, with 20 to 30% from specially selected reserve wines). This blend ensures a champagne with remarkable intensity, subtlety, and consistency.
