Rayu Joven Espadín Mezcal is a beautifully crafted, unaged spirit that offers an authentic taste of Oaxaca’s mezcal-making traditions. Produced with 100% Espadín agave, this mezcal is made using traditional methods that include roasting the agave in earthen pits, fermenting it in wooden vats, and distilling it in copper pot stills.
