Yuu Baal Joven Espadín Mezcal is a vibrant and expressive mezcal that highlights the true essence of the Espadín agave, cultivated in the heart of Oaxaca. Made using traditional methods, the agave is roasted in earthen pits, fermented in wooden vats, and distilled in copper pot stills to capture the purest flavors. This joven (young) expression is not aged, allowing the natural character of the agave to shine through in its raw and unaltered form.
