Following the success and enthusiasm of the previous release, General Manager and Distiller Nicole Austin meticulously selected barrels that embodied the qualities of the original liquid.
This new release honors its predecessor with a robust, woody profile while introducing subtle differences. Bottled at cask strength, it features complex aromas of crème brûlée and apricots, with hints of plum and juniper on the palate. The whisky concludes with a rich cedar finish.
