Curated by Widow Jane's President and Head Distiller Lisa Wicker, this blend combines 15 and 17-year-old bourbons from Tennessee and Indiana. It is matured in Appalachian oak casks, which are air-seasoned for 60 months—2.5 times longer than the typical 1-2 years. This meticulous process imparts a unique character to the whiskey.
The small batch bourbon features an undisclosed mash bill and is bottled at 49.5% ABV. Its rich aroma reveals creamy egg custard, butter, and oranges with a hint of nutmeg. On the palate, enjoy flavors of dried cherries, roasted walnuts, and vanilla-cinnamon toast.
