By preserving the same traditional methods passed down through generations, El Tesoro™ continues to celebrate its rich heritage and commitment to authenticity.
El Tesoro™ Extra Añejo is a special tribute to Carlos Camarena’s father, Felipe J., and their shared passion for aging tequila. This exceptional blend is aged slowly for four to five years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, allowing it to develop rich, layered flavors of chocolate and coffee. The extended aging process results in a deeply complex tequila that showcases the artistry of the Camarena family.
