Tequila Ocho Extra Añejo La Ladera 2022 is a premium single-estate tequila made from 100% Blue Weber Agave harvested from the La Ladera field in Los Altos, Jalisco. The agave is grown in rocky, mineral-rich soil at high elevation, contributing to its concentrated sweetness and distinctive terroir. It is aged for three years in tequila-seasoned American oak ex-whiskey barrels, allowing the agave character to remain at the forefront.
This Extra Añejo offers rich aromas of cherries, dried fruit, dark chocolate, salted caramel, and fresh oak. On the palate, cooked agave combines with roasted coffee, caramel, nuts, honey, and orange peel, leading to a long, sophisticated finish with oak and gentle peppery warmth. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is an elegant tequila designed for sipping and savoring.
